Purchased this basket for my 2yo for xmas this year, so i decided to assemble prior to the holidays; one of the support poles is bent, but it was packaged in manufacturers box, so has nothing to do with G3T - there's a warranty card with it, so I'll be reaching out to them for a replacment. As far as G3T goes - nothing but stellar things to say from a first time customer. prompt shipping; prompt updates, and packaged well!
